Contact us by completing the form. We’ll reach out for a discussion about your meeting needs, including the recommended number of coaches and our space requirements. Afterward, we’ll carefully select available coaches based on your specific requirements and tailored to match your conference.
Coaches for Conferences receive a nominal administration fee for coordinating the logistics with the coaches and you to ensure a smooth-running event. Our administrative fee is $250 per coach, minimum of 2, and, $200 per coach for 5 or more.
Individual coaches donate their time to your event; they’re enthusiastic about coaching your attendees. Sometimes, an attendee will connect so well with their coach that they will ask to continue the coaching journey. This is an acceptable and welcome outcome for your attendees and the coach.
You are responsible for covering the coaches’ travel expenses. We strive to minimize travel expenses by sourcing coaches in your region whenever possible. Expenses may include air travel from another state, ground transfers, hotel accommodations, and food and beverage costs.
Many clients find it convenient to allocate a room from their sleeping room block and extend meal invitations to coaches to join group meals, fostering stronger connections and contributing to cost savings.
